Child honoured by the Comox Valley RCMP for safe return of wallet

In a remarkable display of honesty and integrity, a local youth discovered a lost wallet and promptly turned it into the Comox Valley RCMP. Impressed by the youth's outstanding actions, the Comox Valley RCMP not only expressed their gratitude but also offered a special reward to the young man as a token of appreciation.

The wallet contained over $700 in cash and thanks to Rylan, it is back in the hands of its rightful owner. This act of kindness demonstrates the good citizenship that is in our community and it should inspire other young people. Said Cst. Monika Terragni, Media Relations Officer, Comox Valley RCMP.
