Lillooet RCMP donate to local young golfers

Lillooet RCMP had the pleasure of donating some leftover money to local young golfers on June 8, 2023.

Lillooet RCMP had previously hosted several golf tournaments at the world famous Lillooet Sheep Pasture Golf Club. Those events were used to raise funds for local youth initiatives. Due to COVID and other circumstances, the tournament was unable to continue.

Leftover funds of just over $1000, raised from prior tournaments, was used to purchase and donate three sets of junior golf clubs. These clubs will be used by junior golfers at the Lillooet Sheep Pasture Golf Club, hopefully for many years.
